Special doesn't apply over holidays. Holiday rates are higher and require 3 night minimum stay.
Minimum 2 night stay. Rate does not include state and local taxes.
Rates subject to change but guaranteed once reservation is confirmed.
One night's rent is required at time of reservation to hold your requested dates.
Balance of rent, taxes and $200 damage deposit due 2 weeks prior to stay.
Damage deposit refunded if no damage or need for excessive cleaning.
